Tea&tiques: 408 New York Ave, Huntington , NY 11743- My husband and I had lunch at this quaint restaurant. It reminded my husband of his mom's sandwiches she used to make for him as a child. The ambience was calm,relaxing and welcoming. I am not a big tea drinker, but I did enjoy my Japanese Berry green tea with a chicken salad w/ cranberries and walnuts complemented by a strawberry & carrots. I found that it was the perfect amount of food one should have as a meal. The waitress was very pleasant. The owner , Pat Sileo, approached us to ask how the service was. She also mentioned that they have a small antique shop in the making downstairs and show cases jewelry & art. (631)421-teas
