QUICK FIT TIPS
1) Drink water - 8 glasses of water is NOT enough when you are active. 11 - 16 glasses throughout the day will help boost your metabolism.
2) Moisturize your skin daily - whole body and face, include a sun block to prevent damaging your skin.
3)Take the Stairs / walk after a meal
4) Use a light dermabrasive soap when showering. Note: Caution if you have sensitive skin.
5) Include good carbohydrates in your eating habits in small volumes such as potatoes, yams and oatmeal
6) Eat smaller meals throughout the day. Several small meals will help keep your blood sugar levels regulated and the volume of your stomach to a minimum size
7) Do not skip meals - this will slow down your metabolism if you decrease your calories for your body type
8) Eat within an hour after exercising-this will help your body to recover and build muscle tissue and replenish your body's energy reserves. This will also help boost your metabolism!
