In-person Clientele is limited to North Central Long Island New York. Short-term projects such as Choreography , education seminars, workout routine and bodybuilding posing management can be scheduled as Zoom meetings when available.

Workouts and Routines can be a created for your "needs" as a one-time project or designed for a specific time period. Anything is possible!
Competitive Bodybuilding Posing Classes & Education
Group / Single posing classes via zoom or in-person pending on location. Create your own program by choosing posing, choosing suit and important fine tuning tips to turn the judges' heads to your physique on stage!
